Anyone using an Arcan XL35 jack from Costco?

It's been a while since floor jacks appeared at my local Costco and today I saw a very good deal, at least IMO from what I've been shopping around for.

It's the Arcan XL35 (3.5 ton low profile) in red for $99.99.

    * Professional low-profile jack
    * Only 3 1/2in. H to get under low loads
    * Two-stage quick lift
    * Maximum lift height: 21 3/8in.
    * Reinforced side rails
    * Meets or exceeds ANSI/ASME and PALD standards

Is it decent? I really don't need an aluminum racing jack as this will stay in the garage and go as far as the driveway, and I must say I like the 3.5 ton rating on it, and looked solid at the store.

Just like this, but in red: big_smile

Wow. I need a new jack. I might just have to pick that up. Low pro too. Nice.

Looks good to me.

I personally either use ramps or this 25 year old jack that my dad has. Half the time a wheel will fall off while I'm rolling it around and I have to stop and tighten it back on.

I'm sure it will. It's huge in person, much bigger than anything I was thinking of buying.

That is a pretty nice leg - I'd probably dry hump it.

12, 13 depends on the shoe.

And I'd never wear such baggy jeans over my shoes, and you know me, I wear only ugly sneakers, no boots.

Picture is from a Corvette forum, comes up in google search for Arcan XL35.

That's a pretty money deal, I got my Craftsman 3 ton for a bit cheaper, but it's a full size.

Yes, almost 1.5 years ago. In bright red from Costco, under $100. Works great, maneuvers easily for its 100 lb. weight. It IS heavy. But I roll it around the garage so I couldn't care less.
