Saw a Tesla a week or so back, he saw me checking it out and punched it, the acceleration was fantastic.

Positive.  But I was thinking about how 99% of the population would have no clue what type of car it is.  lol

I never relized how many expensive toys the people in my neighborhood have. My neightbor next door has 2 STR-10 Vipers, one guy down the street has 2 E39 M5's, I've seen a function tuned G35S in a garage, guy on the next street over has a white GTR, E90 M3, the buy next to him has an E55 AMG.

Re: Local Exotic Vehicle Sighting - What do you see?

The car had a lot of presence despite it being an "affordable exotic." Lots of people were stopping, checking it out, while others had a 'wtf' kind of look on their faces.

Re: Local Exotic Vehicle Sighting - What do you see?

Split lanes tonight directly between an orange Tesla and a red Ferrari on my way home tonight.  Was on the MV Agusta F4 312R.  Is this a trifecta?

Re: Local Exotic Vehicle Sighting - What do you see?

I have been seeing more and more GT-Rs lately... I guess they can now be labeled no exotic.

arrow-up Trifecta would be lane-splitting a Ferrari and a Lamborghini. Tesla, not so much. tongue

Re: Local Exotic Vehicle Sighting - What do you see?

I see more Lamborghinis than I do Teslas, but that'll probably even up.  For the moment though, they're more rare, even if not more exotic.
