Heading to Houston

I will be flying into Houston Saturday afternoon for a weekend job, installing an MRI at Texas Women's Hospital. My hotel is on Fannin St. Is there anyting that is a must do while I am there? Most likely I will have time Saturday night and possibly some time Sunday night. I fly out Monday morning.
