Not gonna watch it, but did then manage to get Michael J. Fox to moonlight as their cameraman?

For his next awesome stunt, he should try to pull into your driveway.

Ha! I should have offered.

One funny thing: you know those big plastic trash/recycling containers that cities issue?  My recycling and compost containers were still sitting out on the sidewalk because we had trash pickup on Wednesday, and I didn't go home on Wednesday night, so I didn't pull them back into the driveway. When I did go get them, the lid on the recycling container had a huge chunk of it snapped off.  It could be totally unrelated, but it's nice to think that they broke it while shooting, and that it might end up in the video.  biggrin

Here are two videos from my front patio.  The first one he was going by and repeatedly slamming on the brakes.  I'm not sure if this was to warm them up, or was for some part of the video:

And here he is hauling ass back up:

On that pass, he put the car into the curb, so they had to do a bit of repair work.  This is a video of it.  It isn't very exciting, but at 1:30, they start driving it back down the hill, and you get a little sense of how curvy and steep the hill is:

P.S.: I LOVE CALIFORNIA

Very Cool

As I side note... One of Mr. Block's mechanics lives behind my brother in law and sister. They share the alley.

The Monster truck (Huge E-Series Dually) and the Monster trailer were parked in the alley, by his back garage, for several months a while back. Greg is the guy's name. Nice Aussie.

Yes, you read that right; these little beasties are street egal.

They run on either Kawasaki or Honda motorcycle engines and co-opt vintage bumper car bodies into the most awesome form of mini-car we've  seen in too long. There are seven of these little monsters floating around California and they're all the creation of one man, Tom Wright, a builder in the outskirts of San Diego who figured the leftovers of the Long Beach Pike amusement park needed a more dignified end than the trash heap. They were originally powered by two cylinder Harley Davidson Motorcycle engines but they rattled like heck because of the two cylinder vibration and Tom replaces them with four cylinder Honda or Kawasaki 750's and a couple have been measured as capable of 160 MPH, which is terrifyingly fast in machines with such a short wheelbase.

Yo I think you plugged your extension cord into itself.  There's some pockets of electricity messing up your links.  Be careful; I hear that's a fire hazard.
