CONDITION:
Very good - excellent condition.  New PA inspection certification (mechanical, safety, emissions).  Clean title is in hand (no loans or liens on car).  91,341 miles.  Clean Car Fax.
100% stock, EXCEPT Perrin lightweight crank pulley, STI wagon specific springs (Pinks).  All manuals, orig. parts, and both keys/remotes included.
No wheel rash.  No dings.  Luster and shine is very close to new, including plastics.  No paint work ever, EXCEPT rear bumper cover with excellent refinish (have pictures of previous scuffs/scratches).  Front bumper has multiple stone chips.  Minimal scratches.  Tires have unnoticeable wear (Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus with 13,307 miles - 215/45 ZR17).

HISTORY:
The car is in excellent condition because I work from home and the car is garaged for days to weeks at a time, then driven on long business trips.  I’m 48 years old and carefully maintain all my cars (all synthetic oil changes).  Driven in NC up to 24,500 miles.  Second owner reported that he purchased the car at 4,627 miles and always garaged car.  I’m the third owner from 24,500 miles until now, and have always garaged the car in Lancaster, PA.  I’m selling the car for a conservative business image automobile.
