Another unicorn takes up residency in Atlanta.

Hey everyone, I'm the proud owner of a new 92X.  Does anyone know where I could go for reliable work? Also, where should I go to take care of those recalls concerning the lower strut arms and airbag?  The previous owner dropped the ball on those.

I'll see you out there!  driving

I'd recommend Allpro Subaru.  They know the cars well and have saved me a good bit of money over the dealer too.  The only downside is they are way up in Alpharetta.

Re: Another unicorn takes up residency in Atlanta.

As far as the recalls go, the control arm is something the dealer (GM) should take care of quickly. I would call your local GM dealer prepared with your VIN and have them check to see if the recall was performed.

As for the airbags, I would call Saab North America (1 (800) 955-9007) with your vin, and confirm the recalls, being sure to register your car with them... The airbag recalls will probably take some time to get rectified, unless you car hwas previously registered in a high humidity region- see this post http://saab92x.com/viewtopic.php?id=61457 for more info.
