If he puts down 300whp on a realistic reading dyno, then he better start saving for a motor.

That being said, the EJs deserve to come with a VF sized turbo.  The TD04 is a joke.

Good luck! What kind of dyno?

I'm guessing 265 whp if mustang, 295 if dynojet and 305 if it's on a dynapack.

Don't do any crazy launches or hard 1-2 shifts and your transmission should be fine. I've been at 285whp(mustang) for over 15k trouble free miles now.

Without knowing the full mod list, I'd guess 10whp lower on each.

Alright yall!!  Made ~280 whp and ~280 tq. Mustang dyno.  But I still havent got the dyno graph emailed to me...  mad  they said theyre working on.  sly
But I will post it as soon as I get it.

The best part of the whole experience was when I walked in to pick up the car (Had to work and missed seeing it on the dyno  unamused ) the tuner, not knowing I was there, was talking with a tech standing next to my car and he said to him, and I quote "this thing's a beast!"

The car is night and day from the td04. Slight increase in lag, of course, as power comes on at a little higher rpm but the car rips to red line.  the pull on the highway is unbelievable!!! and silky smooth. More than worth the time and money (really not as much of either as I thought it would be all said and done.)

Wow good numbers, congrats! That is basically the same power my car made with an ej207 with the stock vf30(dyno graph posted in the dyno thread).

What was the peak boost level? Enjoy the new power driving

Thanks guys!! Im really excited about the car.   driving banana  I dont know the peak on the dyno but my accessport shows spikes up to 18.5 to 19 psi. mostly hovers at 18- 18.5

Pretty much the same as mine, maybe a few more HP (290) but definitely not much more torque (279 iirc). Enjoy those pulls, 3rd gear is a completely different animal now....and at times a scary animal.  roxor driving roxor

arrow-up I must have e-mailed them over a dozen times, stopped by the shop twice, called at least 10 different times and still never got my fuckin dyno graph.  facepalm

It was the biggest nightmare ever getting tuned by my tuner (Jermaine @ TurboXS). It wasn't entirely his fault, radiator cracked during first tune, second time back he "heard a funny noise" and said that he didn't feel comfortable doing the tune because the car was ticking, took it back to Andrewtech who did the work (Andrew himself drove the car) and they said it was fine, waited another 6 weeks till he was free again.  unamused

The tune is good and the car has been running great since. Tracked it all last year never had a problem. All I have are a few pictures of the screen while he was tuning but you really can't see much. He did 3 different maps for me 1) High boost (19 PSI), 2) Medium boost (17 PSI), 3) Low Boost (14 PSI)

He used a Dynapack to do the tune. Today interestingly enough happens to be the anniversary of that day (Fbook just told me so).

Yeah, that graph supposably shows where it peaked at 277 whp... I'm not convinced.  Anyways. Feels strong. Must be the torque.

I really wasnt blown away by Circuit Motorsports. They seem overwhelmed. In all facets. The gtr's must have precedence...  unamused

So, Its been a month... car has been kickin ass  banana  Saturday I pulled up to a red light and my neighbor was next to me in his Infinity G37s. He was always telling me his car was quick so... I walked him good!!  lol  driving biggrin
