Yeah...I am psyched too. Armed with snowtires and rubber floor mat mod. Now my girlfriend on the other hand has another opinion....she has never driven in snow so come tomorrow AM she will have a good awakening. I gave her some tips and her car (IS250 AWD) will help a little too. So I am interested to see how that will work out.
Cheers
Ken

KenNice car!
It is a nice car, but I've never understood the logic why AWD is only offered on the weaker enging. I'd love to have a IS350 AWD!

Probably torque or size restrictions. My feeble guess.

Weaksauce snow that's for sure, might as well head out to class!

Pretty sloppy around here. AWD was challenged, but prevailed.

We got hit in H-Town pretty well... I had to take the Jeep to work because I don't have snows on the Saab yet. It was a riot drifting every single corner. I didn't see anybody else doing it this morning, must have the first snow of the season jitters. I rolled in to work 30 minutes late. I took the long way (aka did drifts in every parking lot on the way to work).

There was a mustang stuck on the side of the road on the way to work, i took a pic with my digital cam and plan to caption pwn3d later

Just cold. 12 degrees. No snow. Barely any frost on the windows.
Weak.

Tried to take the Z3 to work so the wife wouldn't have to. Got to the corner and realized there was no way in hell I was gonna make it 25 miles north.
Tried to take the Saturn to work so the wife wouldn't have to. Got the better part of a mile before I realized exactly how bald the tires were and that I'd end up in someone's front yard.
Took the saabaru, dropped the wife off at work, took corners at 35 with inertial drift like a friggin king.
AWD is absolutely ridiculous in the snow. I love this car. Next winter when there's a baby in the back seat I'll put blizzaks on and this'll be far and away the safest winter car I've owned.

I can only imagine how great this car performs with decent rubber!!! With the RE-92A just getting out of my street the ABS activates like mofo when I try to brake for the stop signs. I can not wait to kill these tires this winter and get something better in the spring!

I got rain and wind. Lots for wind. 40+mph wind. We had a power line snap off one of our buildings at work, subsequently causing 6 transformers to die. It was not cool. We got zero snow in Indy.

Supposedly Chi-town is supposed to get a decent amount of snow in the next 48 hours, can't wait!
