I'm not very experienced in making these posts but I'll try to be as descriptive on the car as possible.
-153k Miles
-Winter Package - heated seats and heated wipers
-Sport/premium package - 17" premium wheels, moon roof, 5speed manual
-Full set of subaru rubber winter floor matts (including large hatch matt)
-17" premium wheels have almost new continental all seasons on them
-Extra set of 04 WRX wheels with blizzak snow tires on them
-Greddy Evo V2 exhaust and what seems to be an ebay open downpipe. An opensource tune is on the car, haven't had any issues.
Maintenance in last year:
-All new brake pads and rotors
-New power steering pump
-New A/C belt and pully
-Regular full synthetic oil changes
This car is my daily driver and has been for over a year now. I purchased this car from a man in Belleville Michigan who did all of the maintenance on it for his wife (it was her daily.) I have a huge folder filled with all maintenance records and receipts since 2006/2007. He purchased it from the dealer around then and was the second owner. This car is a joy to drive and I've never felt more confident when driving in the snow than in this car.
I've never had a problem with this car.
Things that should be addressed:
-Valve cover gasket service is due.
-Clutch is original but it never slips. I have a brand new clutch in box because I was anticipating it eventually giving me trouble but it still never has.

I'm not in the market but just for prospective buyers, did you stay up to date on maintenance? You said the last owner did but how much have you done? Timing belt been serviced already?

Timing belt was done by previous owner, it's also in the records. I purchased this car with 135k miles on it and just had to do normal maintenance.
I changed all brake pads and rotors, power steering pump is new because old one started leaking, AC Compressor pulley and belt were replaced, and have been doing regular full synthetic oil changes.
Sorry, didn't even think to include that stuff haha it doesn't feel like I've had it for very long but come to think about it that was a year of maintenance which is substantial.

As we are the readheaded stepchildren of Subaru, we also behave different than Subaru forums when it comes to FS posts. While they might ask you to prove that you own the item by writing your username on a piece of paper with the date and have it in the pictures of your item, we require you to have both your foot and a piece of meat in the picture with your item for sale. Lowlifes (i.e. vegetarians) may substitute an appropriate replacement product, but vegans are explicitly prohibited from selling items here.
If you see "feet and meat," "F&M" or "scam," it's because the listing "owner" has neglected to do so, and we're just warning all those who might not know any better.

Don't listen to these idiots Feet and Meat isn't necessary. Also you can write anything under your username so don't believe what they say I don't love figging I worship figging I long for it all day long every waking moment of my life is spent thinking about and participating in figging.
