So, the bottom of the front bumper on my new 92x is a bit chewed up. Nothing too terrible, but still looks a bit rough for my liking.
My first instinct was, to see what options i have for a front lip to give it a cleaner look that may also be a little more agressive, rather than trying to find a new bumper that's paint matched.
What has everyone else done? any good recommendations? will 05 impreza lip fit?

There's a couple of lips that (with some modification) will work. Nothing will bolt right up since there weren't any made for the saabaru and obviously the impreza bumpers are different.

In my opinion, none of the available WRX front lip/valence options look flush enough. I think the V-Limited is your best bet if you're set on getting one, but the bulky transition at the wheel well and arch in the front of our bumper make it seem too far fetched for me. I've been dying to conjure up a decent front lip, a couple guys have taken a stab at it but I really haven't liked any of the results.

Get an sti v2 limited lip off Ebay for $50. Just need to trim the top so it fits the Saab bumper. I have ran mine for about a year now.

I`m about to redo mine again, I recommend nuts/bolts in place of where I used adhesive, and I'm probably going to use zip ties to secure to the car, with a zip tie 'clamp' on each side of the plastic, screws just aren't working for me.

Forgot to say that I just tried an 06/07 S203 lip and it wasn't even close to the same curve as ours; don't bother.

Awesome. Thanks a lot for the response. I wondered if maybe someone had used a heat gun to mold it to the body better. I love those arches on the sides that the s203 has. Lol
Appreciate the write up. I have my lip ordered now. I just sold my STi and get a 2006 92x aero, and need to familiarize myself with some of the exterior mods.
Do you by any chance have any idea on whether or not any aftermarket license plate bezels are available? You know how the wrx and STi has that Carbon Fiber License Plate surround? I was doing some searches and didn't find anything of the sort for the 92x.

Like a license plate frame? Or do you mean the rear license plate area? The aftermarket is very limited for exterior parts on these cars, so I highly doubt you will find a carbon fiber piece for the rear.

I now have no front plate, but I previously bought a generic mount kit at Walmart for $5 and put it on the LH side of the bumper, easier than you'd think. Look for one that mounts with just 2 screws, not 4 and you should be fine.
