should I buy? 05 Aero with 69k

I have been looking for a Wrx for a few months now. I always knew about saabarus, but never thought about buying one. I did a little more research and now I want to purchase one. I have not seen many for sale in my area, but recently saw this one on nasioc and Craigslist. My question is: what do you guys think about this car for $11,000? It has everything I would like to have in a future vehicle.  It looks very clean, very well maintained, and it has low miles. What do you guys think about the Cobb ots tune on these cars? Any questions I should ask the owner if I were to look at the vehicle? Thank you in advance for any help!

No mention in the ad of a new timing belt, which is due at 105 months (so it's about 2 years overdue). The TB could blow any day leaving you with 3K of engine work. Cost of new TB plus other related work (water pump, etc) will be around 1K.

That guy is dreaming with that price, the car has been for sale for a long time and has been on Ebay a few times. It looks promising but $9k range seems more reasonable.

Too many age-related maintenance issues not addressed. Airbag recall not performed. Dings and paint concerns. $9k at most.

and also just for the record the timing belt would of been done with the headgaskets if they really were done.
