i dont know why you're making it harder on yourself with those aftermarket links. there is nothing wrong with the OEM ones and unless you are building a track race car or something with insane suspension changes (super slammed/camber or extra lifted/offroad) there is no need for aftermarket links.
but obviously the issue here is the endlink mount on the link needs to be pointing pretty much downwards like on the drivers side photo you showed
you may just have an issue because of that specific sway bar with those specific links.

Making it harder with the aftermarket lateral links you mean? Little did I know it would actually be making it harder - reading positive reviews on the links and finding them for cheaper than the stock ones I figured why not go with them for the bonus of being able to adjust things.

I'm taking it to a shop tomorrow that specializes in subies so I'm sure they'll be able to figure out something to make the setup work.

not sure where you were looking for the lateral links. they should be dirt cheap since a million cars share them and they are rarely replaced. you could go to a junkyard and pull a set off a car for $20 or less I bet

Sooooooooo the shop determined they couldn't make the setup work as-is with the Eibach lateral links and my 25mm Perrin sway so my choices were get a smaller diameter rear sway bar or buy new lateral links with a welded on tab vs. the Eibach aluminum block approach. Going with whiteline lateral links he was able to hook me up with a great deal on the set. Shoulda just gone with those from the get-go.  Live and learn I guess.

Then I would have to get longer axles to match the wider track right? But alas... I could've just gone that route to begin with for about the same price as what I've already put in to this. 

This just keeps getting better. 

Installed the whiteline links but Perrin bar still had the same amount of clearance and hit over bumps... so for sure it's the Perrin bar at fault with the larger adjustable links.

Now I'm looking into what other sway bars WILL work with the adjustable links and not cause clearance issues. Was hoping to go back to the Eibach links w/ an Eibach bar but their sway bar is listed as sedan specific. Now confirming if Whiteline's bushings would work with my Perrin stout mount - if so I'll go with a Whiteline bar. If not maybe I'll have to buy stock replacement lateral links and stick with the Perrin bar and hope it works. ugh.
