I think my turbo is letting go

I bought the car at 91k miles. And I was nice to it for a little while because it had a new clutch. After a while I started to get on it. Sometimes it was WOW, getting all 227hp, but sometimes not.
I changed the oil after 1k miles and noticed I lost 2 quarts. I saw smoke out of the back one time upon startup, and once while getting on it on the way home in boost just today.
I also received my AP V3 and installed it today. I chose the stage 1 93 map as the car is stock. She ran great! for a couple miles. I was seeing 11, 12, and even 13lbs of boost. But not long, she wasn't running strong and I was seeing only 6lbs of boost.

I chose a few things to monitor as you can see.
What do you think is the issue?

Re: I think my turbo is letting go

Used TD04s are cheap, but 91k miles is really early for a failure, I have one with 220k on it and it was running great when other things let go. That is an awful lot of oil to be losing.

Do a compression test too, that is a lot of oil to go thru in 1,000 miles.

What other things let go? What else besides compression should I look at?

Check to make sure your wastegate arm is still attached. It's possible the C-clip has popped off. Those are the #s I was seeing when it happened to me.

Re: I think my turbo is letting go

+1 to Wastegate actuator check, easy to check and very easy to fix if that's the cause!

Re: I think my turbo is letting go

actuator looks good.
Pulled the IC and very little oil in there.
Pulled of the DP and no oil there.
Put it all back together and went on a beat run.
Saw as much as 13psi (I loaded the stage 1 cobb map mind you)
when I hit 4.5k rpm it was a brick wall. I continued to beat run and it continued to happen.
When I got home there was smoke from the turbo, I tightened up the bolts as much as I took them off after I took them off to look for oil prior to said beat run. It didn't smell like oil, I was told I could re use the gasket, maybe that is not the case?
Next step is compression...
