I won't be losing any sleep over this.  The new owners seem to be placing profitability first though.  Good for the corporation in the short term, but bad for the lesser venues.  If they price out the smaller tracks that provide good racing but insufficient profit, we'll be watching open wheel NASCAR on tri-ovals before long.
