05' 92x Aero 134,000 miles. Bone stock never modified. For sale.

Hey everyone,
This may be a sad.....   I am seriously thinking about moving on from my 05' 92x aero.  Arctic silver, winter package, multi-function sunroof, cruise, 2l turbo, manual.
I bought this car with 48,000 on the clock in 2012.   Today it has 135,000.  Best car i have ever owned and i am pained to even consider selling it.  The harsh reality is that i need something bigger.  (Hate to say it)  I have cared for this car as if it were a child.   Oil changes never missed.  Car is bone stock and never modified.  Never even tinted the windows. Never had a problem.    I am 36 and drove this car as if i was 70.  I figured they would bury in it. lol.    Car has two tiny dings one on the body line on the front passenger fender and one on the rear body line right near the real tail lens.   All glass is perfect and about to polish out the head lights again. New windsheild from one month ago. New tires 2 months ago. new rotors and brakes all the way around.  Major service completed at 100,000.  Timing chain and every pulley and bearing replaced.

My question is what would be a good price to ask for it?  Or at least a good starting point.  I know what it is being valued at in KBB and NADA .  We all know these are not typical.  especially survivor, bone stock, Damn near unused interior because i am an anal maniac.  Drivers seat is the only seat that saw regular wear and I used leather conditioner so there is zero scaring on the Black side panel from sliding in and out.  The only thing that is fucked is my heated seat switches.. Been looking for replacements and never can find them.  I refuse to butcher in after market switches. Hell someone stole my passenger fog light trim and it took me 9 months of hawking ebay until one came up.   I am thinking i am in the ball park of $6500

So what do you guys think?  Thank you for the help in advance.

Sounds like it's pretty pristine condition. The miles are pretty average - I'd recommend listing at $8k and see what you can get from there. If pictures back up how great it sounds in the description, combined with your honest and open approach to listing the details and service history of the car, I think this will sell very quickly.

im located in long island.

I have since this post brought it to a subaru specialty performance shop and had the motor pressure tested.   Results came back very strong.  3 and 5 percent in the cyclinders.  The mechanics in the shop went crazy when they saw the car.  To my surprise they valued the care super high. 2 of the mechanics even offered 8k cash on the spot. The owner of the shop suggested 10k and not a dime less.  I am still blown away that these cars are valued that high!. I have a ton of pictures. i need to figure out how to get them up here.

You should go back and take those offers, $10,000 is a pipe dream, $8,000 is the top of the range. Seriously, you should go back and take the $8,000 offer.

You might be able to get $10,000 if it were a Subaru, but it's not and Rodman is totally correct.  I sold mine for $7500 and it only had 105k miles.  Take $8,0000 and run!

Sold mine for $7500 two years ago with 102k miles and it was in excellent shape. $8-$8,500 would be getting darn good money for that car. especially if they offer cash in hand.

Not saying you CAN'T score $10k if you are willing to wait long enough, but it is not very likely.

Good luck all the same! I hope you get max money!

I THIRD this. $8k is good money for a Saabaru of your condition. $10k is likely not possible, only MAYBE if you're willing to wait months and months.

For that car to get $10,000 you'd want to fix the paint, clean the headlamps and it's going to be impeccable. It's a NY driven vehicle, rust is a factor, I'm sure. I'd say $8,000 is top of the money.
