Matching Subaru Part Numbers to use when buying stuff for the 9-2x

I have collected this information on my PDA over the last year whenever I needed to order things for our car.  Figured I would share it to those who might need  this info:

9-2x Subaru Part Numbers

Liquids

Genuine Subaru Long Life Coolant (P/N SOA868V9210 or SOA635002)
Subaru Coolant Conditioner - SOA635071
Subaru 75w-90 Extra-S Gear Oil GL-5 (Subaru Part #K0323F0091 )

Filters

Cabin Air Filter (P/N G3210FE100)
Engine Airbox Filter (P/N 16546AA020)
Engine Oil Filter (P/N 15208AA100)
Engine Oil Filter Crush Washer 11126AA000

Gaskets

Exhaust Gasket - Exhast Manifold 14038AA000
These are the butterfly-wing shaped gaskets that go between the headers and the engine

Exhaust Gasket - Center Of The Downpipe (44011FE000)
This is the gasket found between the two pieces of your downpipe.

Exhaust Gasket - Crossover Pipe (Drivers side: 44022AA160)
(Passenger side (with the tab that sticks out): 44011FA020)
This is the factory gasket for the union between the crossover pipe and the collector. The crossover and collector are often disconnected during uppipe installs, and the gasket should be changed if this happens.

Exhaust Gasket - Graphite Donut (44022AA122)
This is the graphite donut found between your downpipe and the midpipe (the joint with the spring bolts) on the WRX and WRX-STi.

Exhaust Gasket - Midpipe To Muffler (44022AA131)
This is the gasket you will find between the midpipe and the muffler on the WRX and WRX-STi.

Exhaust Gasket - Turbo To Downpipe (44022AA180)
This is the factory gasket found between your turbocharger and downpipe. Get a new one when you do that downpipe install to ensure a proper seal.

Exhaust Gasket - Uppipe To Turbo (44022AA150)
This is the factory gasket for the union between the uppipe and the turbocharger. You need to replace this gasket should you remove your uppipe or your turbo.

Exhaust Gasket - Headers To Uppipe (44022AA170)
This is the gasket found between the headers and the uppipe. It should be changed whenever you remove the uppipe or headers or install new ones, to ensure a good seal.

Yes. Along with the "turbo to downpipe" gasket.

Obligatory sig with extensive power mod list for greater respect:
-JDM oil pan, JDM dipstick, STI oil pickup and baffle plate for ultimate oil flow, STI midpipe for uber power gains.
-WetOkole front seat covers for ass sweat stains
-Drawtite hitch (no wiring) for a bike and a trunkmonkey for shits and giggles

Exhaust Gasket - Midpipe To Muffler (44022A131)
This is the gasket you will find between the midpipe and the muffler on the WRX and WRX-STi.

Re: Matching Subaru Part Numbers to use when buying stuff for the 9-2x

Just bought a Forester Rear Wiper blade assembly to replace the OEM assembly.

The Forester OEM blade assembly is a 16" blade as opposed to the Saabaru OEM 14" assembly. Works like a charm. It has been mentioned in another thread.

Here is the Subaru part number 86542SA050. It was $17.19 at Go Subaru.

New Oil Filter 15208AA12A
FROM: Subaru of America, Inc.
DEPARTMENT: Parts
DATE: 10/22/2008

SIA with the approval of FHI has changed their Oil Filter supplier for the 4 cylinder applications. As a result of this, we will be able to take advantage of this change on replacement service parts cost. The old number 15208AA100 (black in color) will be superseded to the new number 15208AA12A (blue in color) and will have a minimum order quantity of 12 (one case). The supersession is mutual so either filter can be used.

The new filter will be available on 10/22/08
