There's a neon green civic with yellow fur inside that is near me when I'm home.  No pics, though.

Re: Local POS vehicle sighting: What do you laugh at???

Good idea for a thread. I was thinking about starting one a while back but kinda forgot. I used to watch the Offical Rice Thread on NASIOC until it kinda died (my interest in that site, not the thread).

I'll make it a point to add content every chance I get.

This will be what will hopefully become an excellent thread...

I saw this beater on Foster Ave near Ocean Parkway last week.

I couldn't limit myself to just one smarmy response, so here are two options:

1. On a car that has maybe 80hp, getting rid of the hood could potentially provide a 20% improvement in power-to-weight ratio and could turn a slow car into a solid 17 second quarter mile monster.

2. The hood was probably stolen along with its previous set of chrome wheels.

Re: Local POS vehicle sighting: What do you laugh at???

OK, please don’t be like NASIOC, keep photo quoting to a minimum, people quoting huge chunks of photos ruins the thread.

I saw this today.
It’s not that great but I fucking hate Van Halen. It also had super fugly wheels but I didn’t get those.

Re: Local POS vehicle sighting: What do you laugh at???

Just saw this accord, had massive amounts of stickers all over it. That wing on the back is bad, but on the front he had 2 huge hood scoops (probably fake) and those hood tie down things... whata tool

EDIT: OOOOOOO and I almost forgot about the crooked merc badge on the back facepalm

I mean there is a good change that they were stick on hood scoops judging by the rest of the car
