Crash test of an actual 92x

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGKMtufKiKI

When first researching i found out that the 92x was the same as the wrx wagon, and all the tests would show the crash test of the wrx & it's wagon.. this is the first video i see of an actual 92x crash tested.

Re: Crash test of an actual 92x

I'd like to see how does the inside cabin look after the side crash test. It doesn't look like it's holding up well from the outside...

Yeah but at least it has the 2.5...I only have a 2.0  wink  and it's a 92x none the less.

When the outside looks like that, it's a GOOD thing. With newer cars it usually means the car absorbs the impact and not the driver. I got in a head on collision with my old 325i against an Integra, both of us going about 50mph. My car was written off, and completely mangled. The interior cabin held up half decent, I smashed my knee against the key (which is why I wish the 9-2x had the Saab center console ignition!) but otherwise I was alright. The woman in the integra (whose car looked like it could be repaird) was seriously injured.

The 9-2x/Impreza is a very safe car and is the main reason I decided on this car against the GC Impreza coupes!
